I have no idea how this company could be VOTED Best 2015 — their technicians have no ideas what they are doing and spend their entire time on phone with others looking for guidance and then at the end of a 4 ½ hr span in one day say we dont know whats wrong with your system –after they supposidily fixed it a month prior… last month when they came it was another crueling 4hrs of him looking at this and that… the lady that answers the phone is so very nice so maybe they get it based on her… I cannot recommend this company to anyone
