3 stars for this chain store. I am really, really surprised that this store made it for so many years. They closed down so many Kmart stores nationwide and this one kept alive. Actually 4÷22÷2016 Sears Holdings announced they were closing 68 Kmart stores and 10 Sears. Surprisingly that only impacts three places in TX(El Paso, Mission and Sweetwater). The place is still in its original location so it’s an older shopping center. The cashier was super helpful. I agree with other reviews. I don’t come here often but even so it’s a hit or miss on finding things here.

This store is quite questionable. When there are lines, they move very slowly especially at the customer service department. As far as easy on the eyes, I didn’t find it to be that at all. It’s ill organized & dull. I’ve been to other Kmarts & I have to say this one is the more quiet ones. I avoid this place at all cost. Yes Walmart has lines that are ridiculous but I can get everything I find here at Walmart. It’s not convenient or welcoming. The cashiers stare at me like I’m some foreign object or as if I’m about to steal. I wouldn’t come back.

Terrible organization, a dismal selection, and customer service that’s better displayed at Goodwill, it’s no wonder that most people forget this store is even in town.

Kmart itself is somewhere I don’t shop a lot, but their pharmacy is top notch! All of the staff here are awesome, from the pharmacist to the girl checking you out at the register. This level of customer service in Killeen is not the norm and should be recognized.

Kmart is the reason I occasionally make a quick run to Killeen. I love their prices. Always find nice clothes, shoes, and purses that I like. Also have nice items for the home at good prices. On my last trip I had customer points that I had forgotten to use in the past. It totaled to a $ 10. discount on my bill. But I couldn’t remember my customer ID code. Instead of the cashier saying something like maybe you can get discount when you find your code on another trip. She used her code and it knocked $ 10. off my bill. So customer service is definitely another plus. The employees are always friendly. Thanks Kmart!

Kmart is not bad, but it is hit or miss as one other reviewer said. You just never know if they will have what you need-like bread or eggs even. BUT-I like their shoes, and they have a very good choice of, ahem, bigger men’s sizes. So if your man is 3x and up-this is the place for cheap shirts.

It’s Kmart so I don’t expect much. I never shop at Kmart but seeing as I have stayed at the la Quinta across the street a few times for 3 – 4 days at a time, it’s convenient. I bought a board game and some microwaveable soup at this Kmart and of course some snacks for my hotel room stay. The workers don’t seem too thrilled to be here and aren’t the friendliest. Last time I went here there was what looked to be a homeless guy playing the guitar? It gets kind of busy in here surprisingly. I’m not a fan though. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest to the hotel and with not having a car. I’d rather go to the Walmart that’s a couple miles away(and I absolutely HATE, despise ugh insert any negative word here) Walmart.(I’ve just had bad experiences with other customers. Bleh.) I only say I would go to Walmart over this Kmart because I know ill find what I need. Kmart is a definite hit or miss.

Great prices on socks and pajamas. Their Black Friday deals are to be avoided. The staff is friendly and the rewards cards are helpful.

I knew there was a reason why all the Kmarts in San Antone closed down. The place sucks. I bought a couple of flashlights from here and they freakin broke after only using them once! Nope won’t be coming back when I’m in town. Don’t think so.
