Pros: — relatively inexpensive — friendly people — clean — easy parking Cons: — most of times classes do not start on time because instructors wait for late comers, which I think is inconsiderate to people who take an extra measure to show up on time — Too much chit chatting before and during yoga, which the instructors seem to endorse. Sometimes, the chit chatting/giggling gets way out of control and very agitating to people who are trying to cultivate inner peace through yoga. Bottom line: All things considered, I would recommend Let and Let Liv if you casually want to try yoga. On a personal note, I would appreciate a more formal atmosphere.

I love this studio! Beautiful atmosphere, staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable in the practice. The people who attend are very welcoming and very encouraging regardless of your experience. I definitely recommend this studio to new and experienced yogis!

Love this studio. Love their website and the instructors are on point with varying levels, through explanations of poses. It is very clean and everyone is friendly. I like they offer a variety of payment options to suit individual needs. Yes, they close the door during class and I wouldn’t want it any other way. You pay for your zen time not for drop in inquires. Good job owners taking care of your yogis

Noted updated July2015: The yoga studio has been in Killeen since Jan 2014. It has been declared the«Best Yoga Studio and Alternative Exercise» according to the Daily Herald. It is the only true Yoga studio in Killeen as the nearest studio is in Temple. You may find other yoga classes at community centers and mixed with gyms. Prices are very cheap compared to typical studio prices: $ 75/month unlimited classes for a year contract(or $ 85/month for a month-to-month). Drop in classes are $ 13. You can buy a 5 class pass for $ 60 or a 10 class pass for $ 100. I have not had the opportunity of practicing with all the instructors, but i have practiced with the majority. They all have unique practices, routines, and styles. Check out the website and you will see their profiles and experiences. The classes vary from 75⁄90(75 mins, 90 degrees), 90⁄90(90 mins, 90 degrees), ashtanga, power vinyasa, flow and gentle, after school yoga, gentle yoga, happy hour yoga(social hour follows with wine and crackers), lunch express, morning core blast, pilates yoga fusion, prenatal yoga(pregant ladies), restorative, sunrise, toddler, vin hatha yoga, etc. Plenty of different yoga practices to try and learn. In addition, they provide a free yoga class to active duty soldiers the first thursday of the month to teach yoga and include stress management. Only downfall is the limited parking and that the neighboring companies are pretty strict about their parking spaces(even late at night when no customers show up, lol). As shown in the studio picture, it is a very well-kept room that can squeeze up to 24 yogis. If you do not have a mat, booster, block, blanket, and/or yoga strap, they have some for you to borrow. They do have a water dispenser if you forget your water source. There are single bathrooms in each yoga studio. The newest studio has a bar for bar classes. For men, realize that this is a great workout if you apply yourself and focus on the practice. It definitely supplements strength training and running. I personally have not noticed a decrease but rather an enhancement since I started Christmas 2014(see profile pic). Over this time, i have continued to show significant improvements in my physique, form, and arm-balances!

Love it!!! I wish they had bigger and several rooms with multiple classes going on at the same time for more variety, sometimes when I go to a class it’s already full and have to wait a whole week to try to make it to the same class, Heidi, Attalie, and Rachael are the best !! And the unlimited classes package $ 85 /month it’s the best deal !!!

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful and new yoga studio with a good array of classes. They even offer prenatal yoga, yoga with your baby(not sure how that works?) and yoga with your toddler! If you are new to yoga, Hatha yoga is a great place to start. Or if you enjoy the pain and heat, you can try the hot yoga! I saw online they offer a free yoga class for military as well! Impressive for Killeen! Even in huge cities I have not seen these types of classes offered.
