Avoid at all costs. Omg. Bless their hearts. Service was friendly but wow. Just lost 30 minutes of my life in there, waiting to buy some Manila file folders. Yikes.

Firstly, the service on the sales floor is ok, along with the checkouts. The service in the Printing Department need much improvements. Customers could not even use the computer for more than five minutes or else they will charge every minute. The whole store is dirty, out of date, and the merger with Office Depot did not improve the overall business. When it comes to printing, FedEx Stores does exceptional service compared to this store.

Clean store and products are stocked. There is just enough staff to be ok but if it gets busy then there is a wait. Staff is friendly and helpful. As for prices. Could be better but it is ok. Nothing special.
Went in to fax and I thought it was a little high since I am faxing myself.

I was working on a scrapbook for my husband’s 60^th birthday and wanted it to be perfect. Raymond, at the printing counter, consistently provided exceptional customer service on each of my approximately 10 visits to the store. He was always helpful and patient and offered advice as technology is not my strong suit. His help and personable demeanor was very much appreciated. Thank you so much Raymond. My husband was so happy with his gift. I couldn’t have done it without you!

I have been coming to this store for As little as possible and the service has never gotten better, sales associates have no clue and do not know the product information. «Hold on and let me find out» seems to take 3 – 4 people just to be told «I don’t know» I have tried to avoid this store as much as possible, it saddens me that Staples closed its doors, I loved the manager and staff, they were awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Unless you need specialized items go to Wal Mart avoid this store

Mainly came here to have my Goldilocks moment trying to find a computer chair that was «just right» because my el cheapo one at home wasn’t cutting it anymore. I never realized how expensive these chairs could be and it was somewhat off-​putting, but I went ahead and tested them out anyway. Of course, I tried out the lower-​end priced models (hey, maybe I’m the cheap one after all!) and didn’t really notice much of a difference compared to the one I have at home. Being a nurse for so many years, with most of that time spent in a combined medical-​surgical/​bariatric unit, really didn’t do any justice for my back — so I needed a chair with sufficient lumbar support.
After sitting in so many chairs, I finally found the one. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was on sale for $ 100 off (originally $ 399.99 — which I was informed the price would go back to normal the next day).
This would’ve easily been a 4-​star review, however, I’ve encountered several issues:
— The box was extremely heavy and there wasn’t any help to be found when needing assistance to purchase the chair. The office furniture section was completely deserted. So, despite my dissuasion, my impatient boyfriend decided to just hoist it over his shoulder and walk towards the checkout. Several uninterested employees walked past us without offering him any help — that annoyed me.
— The cashier lady was a bit slow with the checkout process, communication, and had several problems with the transaction. She also offered me to sign up for a Rewards+ card, which I later found I have 0 points from this purchase. Calling the 1 – 800 customer service line also proved to be disappointing in itself and a waste of time. My Rewards+ points are still missing.
+ Thank you to that ONE helpful employee who at least assisted us after checkout for placing it into our SUV. 5-​stars for you, sir!

I’ve been starting to come here more often but only for the Copy & Printing Services. My first experience was the best. The guy behind the counter was awesome. Even though there was a long line, everyone had their things done in a jiffy. He did very well with handling a long line of customer requests. I’ve worked for two printing companies before. It’s not as simple as it looks. Especially when you have those orders with a long checklist. My second time wasn’t all that great. The girl behind the counter wasn’t that nice at all. But moping over one person’s attitude is surely a waste of time. So I’ll be coming back.

I come here off and on & I like it. It is a place to buy office supplies like stated through the name of the store and it’s never crowded when I arrive. So, I say… come on down!

Chock full of morons. Get in get out.
