When we need or hungry for soup this is the place to go. If it was up to my wife she would go here every week. The Phở is just wonderful and the owner is very nice!

Decent phở for the Fort Hood area. Service can be better I usually get one drink & one drink only. Spring rolls are my favorite. Don’t really recommend anything outside of the phở/rolls realm.

Tasty food. Menu has good selection. BUT. boba drinks are way to pricey. I spent 14 dollars for two drinks?! Maybe I was just ripped off but I could have bought a whole meal with that money. Service is bad. They have like two employees and one of them is always sitting down on his cellphone. Dirty dishes on the tables galore. The food comes out before the drinks.

It was a last minute decision to go to Phở 9 with my boyfriend, since the other Phở place in Harker Heights was under renovation. The one star is for the Combination Phở. First off, the broth was sweet and it didn’t taste right. Like usually phở broths are rich in beef flavors and onions because it’s cooked for a really long time. Secondly, as a person who doesn’t like wasting food I started to eat it anyways(mostly cause I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for another dish), but after a few bites I really couldn’t take the broth or the noodles anymore so I just picked at the meat. Not even 10 minutes in, I had to go to the bathroom. I was having mild heat sweats and really felt like throwing up. I finally forced myself to throw up ALL the noodles I ate and felt sick to the stomach leaving the place. I didn’t get better until I threw up more after taking tums when I got home. The sad part was, no one came by to ask how we were doing after we had gotten the food. I can’t say anything else there is bad or good, But I just don’t think that phở I had was freshly prepared and it scarred me from going there ever again.

I love the food here! The chicken phở and the pork vermicelli bowls are my favorites! The spring rolls are delicious! Now that they serve Boba tea, it makes a great dessert without being too heavy. The atmosphere is great and very soothing. The menu is affordable as well.

I really liked this place cause I like the house vermicelli. I’m not a fan of pork so I would exchange it for chicken. Recently they told me they can’t exchange it anymore so now have to look for a new place. It’s a shame since I figured chicken was cheaper than pork but what do I know. Anyways I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else.

I’m from California, and moving to Texas was hard since I love Phở so much. To find this place was pretty great! The P2 was delicious and flavorful, the C14 Bbq was bomb! I do recommend it. Price was cheaper than the bbq of course but well worth it all. The employees are pretty nice also! :)

I was told before we entered this place that it’s good but the service was slow. The dining area is quant nothing fancy. During the visit the place was pretty fool and it appeared there was only one waiter. It took a while to get our drinks and even longer to get out soup brought out but it was tasty. I ordered a small beef/flank Phở The small is actually LARGE so if you are there for the first time consider that aspect. I usually am able to finish a small and I barely finished half of it. We were given an individual plate of veggies which is different many places forces you to share. On the way out there were four unoccupied tables filled with dirty dishes from previous customers solidifying they must be short staff at the time. The waiter and Guy at the checkout counter were both friendly, nice and apologized for the long wait and thanked us for our patience.

I checked in and the 10% off the bill coupon popped up. I was told by the server that the coupon is no longer being accepted. You should remove it. Otherwise, I love this place. :)

If you are coming here for lunch break. Don’t, they take around 40 minutes to get your order out and 20 minutes to get you a drink. You are better off going somewhere else that serves PHO. It’s soup shouldn’t take so dang long.

Fast, clean, and a delicious stop for delicious phở. With only a $ .50 price difference between a small and a large bowl, take some leftovers home for an easy reheat.

I absolutely love this place! Definitely a gem in Killeen and I love to go! The restaurant is always clean and very beautifully decorated, I always feel so peaceful here. We always get phở and its consistantly good, fresh, and tasy. Not the best phở Ive had, but definitely one of my favorites. Their boba tea is delicious! Also their wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about this place!

I’ve been in this place numerous times, but the management and owner has changed. The Phở soup is usually what I order and fried calamari. The broth in the phở was good, but for me the noodles was a little too much… The fried calamari tasted a little burnt and dry. The server never returned to the table and checked our drinks if we needed any refill or just ask if we are okay and needed anything else. They need to work on that. The place was lean and well decorated, but they could have turn up the air conditioner because it was pretty warm in there, especially when you are having soup, which is the signature dish there.

Best phở in Killeen, hands down. But the service is pretty bad, so make sure you get there before you’re actually hungry. My friend and I have actually gotten up and left for the Gyro Nook next door after waiting 40 mins to get our menus and then waiting another 50 without a peep from service. It was during the lunch rush and I understand that restaurants get crazy busy.(Especially if they’re good. ;)) I usually get the chicken phở or the bun, and it is never a disappointment. The phở broth is always fragrant, hot, and the veggies that come with are always crisp and fresh. When I get chicken bun, the chicken is tender and seasoned well. Their boba and milk teas are always a hit or miss. If the smoothie maker is not there, you’re outta luck. My husband always gets a strawberry smoothie with boba and it has tasted different every single time he has gotten it. I usually like taro smoothies, but the one here just tasted like chemicals. They also give military a 10% discount.

So my heart has been sold to this Phở shop. This is the closest I’ve ever gotten to a bomb bowl of authentic phở. Decently priced. I ordered a large bowl of phở & my husband ordered bun bo hue. Nicely portioned. Delicious. Apparently the owner has his kids give out the menus. Which is pretty funny. Reminds me of a time. But any who the service was great and food was great. I ordered the lychee juice. That was also great. I can say this is the first phở experience I am overall satisfied with. I’m glad I gave this place a shot. Tis be my new kryptonite.

In search of a new phở restaurant to try, my boyfriend and I decided to check this place out. We both had the #P8: Phở Tai(rare beef) which were accompanied with your usual garnishes: cilantro, bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lime wedges. Broth was a bit weaker in comparison to Phở Saigon’s, but I already like this place much more because it appeared cleaner and the employees are more attentive and friendlier here. So, extra star from me. I’m a HUGE bubble tea lover and noticed that Phở 9 has an extensive drink menu — maybe even more so than Chau’s Café. And, this is the only place that I know of that offers flan/pudding add-ins in addition to tapicoa and jelly! But, my dreams were quickly squashed by one of the employees telling me that their drink maker wasn’t available :(I will definitely have to come back again another day to try out their bubble teas. * 10% off Unilocal check-in offer * Phò sizes: Small $ 7.50 Large $ 8.00
