Ordered a pizza here the other day. Pretty sure they just stuck some dough in the microwave and threw some toppings on it. It was brown on the bottom but that pizza was not cooked. I gave 2 stars instead of one because I’ve eaten here before and it was alright.

very rude woman on phone calling us and telling us that the card didn’t work since we ordered it online, and my wife answered and was about to read off the card over the phone but i stopped her and my wife hung up, shortly after the pizza hut called back and left a nasty voicemail about how we hung up in her face and she was going to cancel our order. I asked her if she would change it to cash and she did. She really could have handled that wayyyy better than she did. Very rude, i wouldn’t be suprised if they spat in our pizza, this call was done around 11:30pm on the 21st of August 2015

Pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks were cold, soggy and tasted horrible. Seriously how do you mess pizza up?!

NO. I ordered delivery from here and waited the expected time and nothing came. I called the store and I was told it was in route and that if it did not arrive in 10 minutes to call back and they would refund my money. Not only did I politely agree but I waited a whole 30 minutes longer! When I finally called again they told me my payment was declined and that they had tried to call me but there was no answer. Bull, 1. I was right by my phone and 2. I have USAA app and can see the money in my account — in real time!
I would not have been upset if they said we’re just having a busy night, they were trying to make THEIR mistake my mistake and now I will not do business with them again.
