Pure Cloud Vapor

I used to visit this store mostly for the good house juices and the good selection of premiums, i was turned away immediately on my first visit when i saw the prices for mods some were double what the online prices were. Well after that i heard around town about one of their house juices so i gave them a second chance and i dont regret it Munchberry is the bomb yo just make sure they know if your dripping or not which they usually ask you anyway but when they hire new people they need to make sure they know what theyre doing first, one new guy took my order but didnt ask if it was for a dripper and i noticed right away so i CLEARLY told him it’s for a dripper either he has a hearing problem (no offense) or didnt know what i was talking about because my ejuice that he made tasted like a ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ instead of my usual max vg. If your in a rush you might not want to chance it here, while the employees are usually friendly they are also usually making new builds on their mods instead of helping customers and talking trash to new customers as if theyre old friends (wasnt done to me) or blowing massive clouds on customers who are still new to vaping. As far as a friendly atmosphere i do admit it is a nice place to visit if you’re friends with the employees or owners but as far as professional atmosphere… its almost non existent. I do have to admit the owner is friendly and very professional as well as the other girl (not the daughter never met her).

If you were to ask me my opinion of Pure Cloud, I probably would have said something nice about them, but that has changed. I used to go there maybe about once a month, the customer service WAS above average which made me over look some of the price gouging vape shops like to do. This last time however, with in 5 seconds of being in the shop the dude behind the counter decided he wanted to puff up his chest and challenged me to an on the spot cloud comp as if he was wanting to assert his vaping dominance over me. Cloud comps really are not something I care for (I vape because I enjoy it, not because I want to make a sport out of it) so I declined. Dude apparently didn’t appreciate me declining his challenge, so he began talking crap about my kit which consists of an Anarchist V2 and a Kennedy. It seems the fellow was so proud of his cheap china made atty that copied the Kennedy’s airflow that he felt it would be OK to insult a costumer for their choice in device. In this dude’s eyes, I overpaid which I find extremely ironic coming from a vape shop that loves to overcharge (seriously, buy your devices online and save 50% of the price). This type of behavior towards a customer is unacceptable and will no longer shop there or recommend them to others.

Great store with great staff! Every time i come here, im greeted like family. There is great house juice and excellent choices of premium juice as well.

Good Juice and mods, little over priced but what really bothers me and tells me not to go back is the service. They have no intention of helping you or selling their product. Euphoric and other shops are way better just cause of how they treat their customers.

I came in looking for juice. The guy handed me the binder with my options and told me the first half was premium (which is over priced) and the other half was house blend (no thanks). The guy didn’t know where the juice came from. I bet it’s China. There were like 6 people behind the counter and myself and my bf were the only customers there. (Um can I get some help?!) Some recommendations would have been wonderful. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the service to the guy at the register his excuse was they were busy. Like I said, nobody there. His attitude sucked too. My bf wanted to put a drip tip on hold but I offered to buy immediately so I don’t have to go back. Ever. I’ll be going to Euphoric, even though it’s much further away.

I finally made it to Pure Cloud Vapor and I was impressed with the customer service and the cleanliness. I know their store will excel even more once they finish their lounge. Keep up the good work!

I would have to disagree with daniel. c i go To this place very often cuz they have very great costumer service, great variety of products and better juices than some of the other places and if u have question they seem glad to answered any of them not like the other place on ft hood rd were they give you this look when u ask them simple things i believe there here to stay as long the vaporers keep on vaping

These folks are super friendly. Nice clean store, great selection. Oh and FYI they have a LOT of protank coils ;) Stopped in to deliver an order and watched them help folks even after they had closed! Very cool.

I went in here and it seemed kind of shady. The juice prices were steep and they seemed not to be very knowledgeable or helpful. I was looking just for a replacement head for my protank and they didn’t have any in stock. To me this is one of those fly by night vapor shops who are looking to just make money and have no knowledge about vaping.

Excellent service! The staff over at Pure Cloud are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and their customer service is world class! They have an amazing selection of juices, vaporizers and accessories. They even rescued a dog!
