My wife and I lived here for one year. During our time at the Remington we had several issues. The good: safe community, out of Killeen, quiet neighborhood, decent neighbors. The bad: we didn’t have a working dryer for 5 months. We placed two different work orders and nothing was done to resolve the issue, when we asked the manager about it she said no one told her about it. There is no communication between management and maintenance. The walls started showing large cracks after living there about 6 months. The Sheetrock was falling apart and it was painted over before we moved in. These apartments are not worth the money. They are nicer than some in Killeen but definitely not worth 800 dollars a month

Ms. Petra is VERYRUDE! and the that I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELYMORERUDE! They have hidden rules on there contracts, they take all of your money and you don’t even know it. I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHESEAPARTMENTS. Save your money and find another apartment. They are VERY unorganized.

I stayed here for around 8 months in 2005. You pay a reasonable amount for what you get. If I returned to Killeen, then I’d pick a more expensive but higher quality apartment. It was near rancier street which isn’t the best part of town. Neighbors were often loud and arguments between spouses could be heard. The repairman was quick to fix an air conditioner problem that I had and there were no issues after that. One last thing is that the commute to West Fort Hood was rather long but it would have been closer to some of the locations on main post.
