I don’t know if this location changed management or was renovated but my experience was completely different then most of these reviews. The room was clean and there was nothing beyond minor wear. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Also… some reviews have inaccurate information regarding the staff; they have somebody on call 24 hours a day for late check ins — if there is nobody at the front desk there is a clearly marked red phone that says«CALLFORSERVICEAFTERHOURS». I should mention I stayed there for two weeks while waiting to close on a house. I think a lot of complaints are people that stay there for one night expecting it to be a 3 star hotel. I mean… its called VALUEPLACE… and its meant to be extended stay. they aren’t advertising that they are going to bring the wold to you… they are just giving you a place that is a GOODVALUE to stay at. 10 dollars a week for internet is probably cheaper than the 40 dollar a week internet you have at your house. If you think the other services are expensive… just decline them… easy solution. If you want a 3 star hotel… pay for a 3 star hotel… don’t bash value place for something you want and can’t afford. I am convinced that if you need to stay in a hotel for two weeks you are not going to find a better deal then value place.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Harker Heights, TX
I stayed here for several weeks while waiting to close on a house, moving to the area. Overall pleased, for the price. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and responsive to issues right away, nice quiet atmosphere. Staff desk not manned overnight and very limited weekend hours, which should not cause any issues as long as you plan accordingly. Check-in times can still be arranged on the weekend with a reservation. Not happy with the internet. Costs an extra $ 10/week, but constantly gave me issues. The staff was helpful in attempting to get it back up and running, including calling the IT service out to fix it, but the fixes were always temporary. I think that the infrastructure of the system was probably done on the cheap and is not adequate to support the needs of guests. Not having a manned desk meant that outside of those hours, there was no way to address the problem.
