They are terrible! Busy all the time and the sales ppl take forever with every customer. You are put on a wait list and even minor things like changing your plan take FOREVER. I recommend going in right when they open or something bc if not get ready to wait. On top of taking a long time they don’t have the best customer service or edict.

The manager at this store has poor customer service. I stopped in a this location to purchase a couple of phone’s, I waited for about 15 – 20 minutes then the manager called my name. I explained to her I wanted to change plans and I wanted to purchase 2 phones. I wanted a 64gb ans 32gb iPhone 5s, another store told me about a new plan verizon was offering and I wanted to upgrade. The manager started to explain the plan to me and I got a call, I answered it and explained to my mother I would call her back I was at the store. I heard the store manager say she was gonna help the next customer. So I watched her as she helped the next customer, another employee walks up to her and asks her a question, then she helps another customer. She finally walks back to me and I ask her why she left me waiting that I had been waiting for her and she couldn’t wait a few seconds for me to tell my mother I was busy. The manager told me it’s not her job to help customers but she just wanted to help out, she can’t be in more than one place at a time and if there were 1000 more of her it would be perfect. Really??? I’m sure this company would go out of business if there were more of her. I am also in retail and I manage my store, I don’t treat anyone like that. I was disappointed because I wanted a new phone but became upset after she walked away a second time and waiting for another 15 minutes. I don’t know how much longer I would’ve waited for her if I would’ve stuck around. But a place with bad customer service doesn’t deserve my money, I regret that I didn’t order the cell phone from the man that I had talked to in the first place. At least he had a great attitude and even had his boss one the phone with me trying to make a sale happen. I just didn’t want to wait for 3 – 5 business days for my phone so I chose to go to a verizon store in town.
