Two packages were delivered to my twin sister’s home the day of her birthday. Kaye wasn’t home at the time but she was delighted when she got home. I don’t know why the delivery person did this – but one package was at the front door while the second was at the back door. Notes were also put at the doors regarding the placement of same. My twin called me over six times to tell me how thrilled-tickled-surprised-amused she was! I have never heard her so happy!;) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

RIPOFF! went in the store looking to buy a bubble envolope that they don’t sell. i tried to leave but the lady stopped me to sell me a box so that i can bring back to ship at the post office since i needed my pkg to go out via registered mail. she said i can put my item in a box and she sell the paper tape that will go over the box because USPS requires you to use paper tape only to seal the pkg for registered mail. i ask how much is the box and tape. she said the box is $ 2 and the tape is $ 3. i said that’s fine. she asked if i want her to help me cut the box eventhough it was just a little taller than my pkg and so i thought it was just a nice little free service their store offered and said ok. even the way she asked made it seem like it’s a extra service they will provide for you just for giving them business. after the lady cut the box, it wouldn’t fold down like how it did before so she had to force it down by using regular packaging tape on it which is not acceptable since it is not allowed when shipping via registered mail and she knew this. she told me to use the paper tape over the regular tape to hide it. OMG! what if i got caught doing that at usps and they won’t send my pkg to brazil? i thought of that before but didn’t want to risk it so that’s why i’m out looking for self sealing paper bubble mailers. i am shipping out a $ 700 ipad so i don’t want to risk anything. anyways, i was looking at the pkg and was telling her i really can’t send out my item using her box but i’ll pay for the box anyways since she cut it, eventhough i’m not going to use it. she did not apoligize or offer to just take back the box because i can’t use it since the box needed to be forced folded and have regular pkging tape all over. fine, whatever, but when i was going to pay for the box, she said i owe her over $ 5. i said i don’t want the tape anymore cuz i’m not able to use that box and will go to another store to buy the envolope i’m looking for. she said there’s a $ 3 service fee to cut the box. OMG!!! CANYOUBELIEVETHAT? WHAT??? she’s trying to charge me a service fee she never mentioned to me about let alone i can not use that box because of it needing to be forced folded down and taped with regular tape cuz paper tape alone will not be able to hold the unatural flaps down. i told her she never mentioned the fee and i’m just being nice to pay for the box that i am not going to use just cuz she cut it. she said there’s signs, i was like WHAT??? did you point the signst to me? did you see me standing at the counter reading the whole back wall of signs? i said i’ll pay for the box only and she said no, she is going to call the police and so i said go ahead and she did, but they somehow hung up on her and never called the store back and so she had time to demand money from me and did i forget to mention that the whole time she will not give me back my $ 700 ipad? trying to use that as ransom to get me to pay or to get me to stay in the store until the cops came. she had my i pad in her box and was holding on to that box the whole time. she is soooo crazy. i kept demanding for her to give me back my pkg and she won’t so i grabbed it from her, took out my box, and her box fell apart in 2 pieces. yeah, i didn’t know she also chopped the box in half too. i thought she just took it down. no wonder that box was folded all weird and needed strong tape to be held together. i just walked out the store because she is crazy and didn’t even pay for the box i left in her store. now, my husband is a doctor with the army so it is not about money, but it’s about the principle. she have no customer service experience at all and it’s all about them, not the customer. she knew i wasn’t happy with the box, but still let me pay for it and demanded for the extra $ 3 fee i knew nothing about. i feel she is really LOW. use them regularly? prepared to throw your money away on service fees! i rather save on that and go out to nice dinners in Austin.
