Very good burger, coleslaw and fried mozz. Wings were average. Atmosphere is a dark, local bar with different events going on every week. Prices were slightly high for typical bar food. Limited menu.

Madison, CT
This place, for lack of a better word is a dive. The burgers are good (but $ 14 – 15 each — wow!!). The drinks are strong. And, the menu is pretty basic «blocking and tackling» bar-​type fare. We went here last night and for two burgers, fried mozzarella a roast beef special with gravy (which had cold roast beef), two drafts and a diet coke and we were set back over $ 70.
The décor is something you could find at your grandma’s yard sale, and the bar is filled to the brim with boisterous (aka loud and over-​served) locals. I’m sure it’s even worse on pay day.
DO NOT go here without shoes. DO NOT take your parents or clients here to impress them. DO NOT take young children here unless you want to expand their vocabulary to include more words that rhyme with «duck». DO NOT go here if you are a germaphobe! DO NOT take a first date here if you are looking to impress her.
This is the type of place you end up at after midnight if you are already smelly and drunk.

Milford, CT
I went here based on the previews reviews, all giving them good stars. Walked in and I wanted to walk right back out! The place was very out dated, old chairs, old décor. Just an old atmosphere. Went for «happy hour», which ended up being 50 cents off a draft beer. My boyfriend and I had A drink, as fast as we could, and left!
We didn’t stay to eat, because I didn’t want to look at the menu.
I ending up going to a place about 5 miles away and was 10X better

One of my favorite bars of all time! Great staff, friendly atmosphere, tons of events, bands, darts, etc! Love this place. It’s the best little dive bar around. Check it out!

Best pub around! Great bands, atmospheres, games, food and staff. The owner June is amazing, very professional and friendly! Love love this place!
