To Lauren N – I’ve visited this place many times and know of the employee you mentioned. She’s since been replaced, and I can say with absolute certainty that the owners are the kindest, most helpful people. Please don’t let that one experience color your feelings about the place.

One of mine and my husbands all time favorite shops. The owners are so knowledgable and are always ready to help us find exactly what we’re looking for. When I take my 6 year old grandson with me he walks right up to the counter and asks for help finding a specific color stone or crystal. Today it was a blue crystal that he was looking for, a few months ago it he wanted a brown rock– each time either Susan or Scott very patiently took him around the store showing him where to find the treasures he was looking for.
Their jewelry is beautiful and they have an amazing selection of books in addition to all of the other goodies on display. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I got a very negative vibe from the woman working there. I noticed she acted annoyed that we were there, even though we spent close to a hundred dollars. I felt like I was bothering her when I asked her a question. She acted as if I should already should have known these things, like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. The second time I brought my well behaved kids, she was still extremely rude and unwelcoming. I feel as though my whole experience at earth speak was ruined and I won’t be going back there I’m sad to say. It took hours to shake off that negative energy… Not cool
