I really like it but I feel they should extend their hours to at least 9 pm.

I came here for one of their classes while staying at a nearby motel. While the place is a bit poor lit, they really do a great job with what they have. The owner and her staff really do a good job with the resources they have. It used to be an old office or industrial park, so it is set up a little odd, and not exactly the type of gym you would expect.
