If I could give less then 1 star I absolutely would. On ½/15, my husband and I entered this establishment. We spent at least an hour with the owner going over e-cigarettes to make a purchase. Upon leaving the store I spent almost $ 118 on a setup for my husband. The owner issued me only a credit card receipt at this time. He also assured us if we had any problems to please return and he would refund our money or resolve the problem. Our experience was very nice and professional. Within only 2 days the item purchased came apart two separate times dumping an entire canister of nicotine juice out both times. On 1÷6÷15 my husband returned to the store. Living almost 40 minutes away in Maryland we had to spend the additional gas and $ 6 bridge toll to get here. Upon his arrival the owner we bought from originally was not there but his wife was. She replaced the defective item but was extremely rude to him. Within a day or so the same thing happened. Instead of driving that far with the expense he went to a local store and purchased new parts. On 1÷17÷15, I returned to the store myself to return the defective parts. The total cost of my return was less then $ 40. I wanted to return those items and make an additional juice purchase of $ 20. Again, no owner, only his wife. As the last time she again was extremely rude!!! She refused to replace or return the items. This time she put her husband on the phone who was also extremely rude and told me no refunds. I mentioned he said if we had a problem we could return the items. He called me a liar. I asked where it said no refunds, he said my receipt. I told him my receipt did not say that. That all I had received was a credit card machine receipt. He said he also gave me a register receipt. I told him he did not. He again called me a liar. I handed the phone back to his wife and left. I DONOTATALLRECOMMENDDOINGBUSINESSWITHTHISESTABLISHMENT! I will also be filling a BBB complaint!
