Can’t say enough about this place. Steve Wilson (the owner) has a resume that would make celebrity trainers intimidated. He’s certified in basically everything. He doesn’t just go through the motions with his clients, he provides them a level of dedication not found in any other training facility. Working out is not supposed to be the same routine over and over again. It’s not supposed to be boring (otherwise most people lose there motivation quickly). Steve offers a unique blend of the newest and latest training programs. He pushes you to achieve your goals and makes the experience enjoyable. That is what training should be about. I lost 40lbs using Steve’s techniques, my blood pressure dropped considerably, and I’m overall more self-​confident. If you reside anywhere near King of Prussia and your looking to make some serious changes to your diet and overall health… you have to reach out to Steve and you’ll be one step closer to being a «better» you!
