I was interested in a cell phone that my husband could use while in Canada. I read about the Go Phones at AT&T, and thought that would be perfect. I walked into the store around 1 pm on a Sunday. There were several customers, but most seemed be be getting help. I stood near the tables, thinking that someone would at least acknowledge me, but no. I thought that if I looked at most expensive phones, someone might notice. No. I was a a female, and I was invisible. A family of four walked in as I was looking at phones, and they were promptly greeted. I saw an employee approach who seemed to be a manager, with a question. I walked over and asked them if there was someone who was going to be able to help me. I was told that they were very busy, but someone would be free… eventually. I now realize that if come in as a lone female, they aren’t interested in your business. After being in the store for 20 minutes, with not even one employee apologizing, or acting at least interested, I left. I went to the non-corporate store at Gateway Shopping Center, where I got what I needed, in less than 10 minutes. I am so thankful that I have Verizon for my cell provider. After this experience, I never want to give AT&T any business.

Took an hour to pick up a phone I paid for online and chose in store pickup. I came early in the day when it wasn’t very busy. Staff ranged from lukewarm to rude and did not seem well prepared to handle simple business transactions. I’m disappointed in the service I received here and will choose a more welcoming store in the future.

Being corporate store they aren’t doing any adjustments to Bill which were over charged. They want us to call the customer care and wait for long time in the call to take care of it. Then why in the earth are here with a corporate store.

Had a family plan already. Ported a line from Verizon and bought a new phone on Next to qualify for the National promo for $ 200 credit. Was told the only way to do this was sign up for at&t home Security even if I didn’t keep it. Took his word for it but now no one I talk to at at&t knows of any promo of having to sign up for at&t home Security. Was guaranteed the $ 200 credit on the with a CSR but need to return these boxes that got shipped out to me for this security system I never wanted. Just turned out I was a victim of someone trying to hit sales goals and not given it straight. Maybe if they told me this upfront I would have been fine with it but don’t like being lied to. Not saying don’t go here just know your stuff %100 before going.

Had to visit the store again today and this experience was even better the the last! Maurice hooked me up! Long story short I shattered my phone and he was able to get me in a new plan well before my eligibility. Thank you!

This is a new addition to the at&t lineup of destination stores. It is a great place to come check out everything they have to offer above and beyond cell phones. An entirely interactive location which showcases each exciting and innovative product.
