The staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. My first time shopping in the store I was unsure what size I was so I asked the sales associate for her help. She was right on target. That saved me so much time!
The store is clean and well organized — even within the racks everything is sorted by size. It makes finding everything so easy.
When you’re in the dressing room they write your name on the chalkboard outside your room and make you feel at home. They offered to get me additional sizes.
They have a clean bathroom inside the store, which is really convenient. You don’t have to abandon your clothes if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of your trip (very smart of athleta).

I LOVE Athleta– I spend way too much money here and that stinks because it’s a little pricey too. But, you get what you pay for. This company is a branch of Gap but it’s their answer to Lululemon.
I LOVE the clothes– they’re comfortable and well made. Some of the prints aren’t for me– but others love them.
The clothes are for the athletic woman– I’m a tall lady and they all work for me.
I came in the other day with a complicated transaction– I was exchanging an item for size and trying to get my retroactive yoga teacher discount from the previous purchase. The wonderful worker was awesome– helped me breeze through everything. She even apologized for the computer taking it’s good old time.
If you order something from Athleta online while you’re in store, you can get a faster shipping rate for free!
I just wish there were more of these closer to where I live!
