I’m writing this review because I’ve probably been to this place like five times ever, and I’ve never even had DECENT customer service here. Let’s see one time I had a guy too busy sitting in the dining area with friends for at least ten minutes before he decided he could take our order. And then I had this one guy who took ten minutes to take our order then walked away and actually gave us our order, and sloppily at that a few minutes later. And then we waited like another five minutes to be rung up by someone else as he had other things to do I suppose.

Ahhh… I loves me a cinnabon in the morning. This location is right in the mall past the food court. In general they are pretty prompt but occassionaly you get someone there who gives you a little sass with your cinnamon treat. But it doesn’t matter. It’s hard not to like dough rolled with butter, sugar, and cinnamon with a sweet sugary frosting. And ya, I always get extra frosting. Yummy. 3 stars since a) it’s a chain and b) service is hit or miss. All in all, if you need your sugar fix you can easily fulfil that need with one of these.
