Incredible customer service from Tim who helped me pick out a suit and get it expertly altered just after trying it on. He gave me shirt and tie combo options and shoes too. By far this is the best customer service I have experienced in any store in the area. Professional and polite and very courteous to my wife and son too. Thanks for the great service we will be back for many more suits!

I usually hate to borrow a tired ol’ cliché, but… «these guys (and gals) ROCK».
I drove 75 minutes from Hershey to visit this store, in hopes of finding dress shirts. The local counterpart, Casual Male, carries plenty of dress shirts, but their house brands aren’t my favorite. With glimmering hope in tow, and a few extra hours on a Saturday, I made my way over to King of Prussia.
This location is very easily reached off the PA Turnpike, and it’s easy to get back on… so, if you have just a few minutes, you should still be able to get in and out quickly.
I arrived, was greeted immediately and warmly, and the sales staff took MUCH of their time to make sure they found exactly what I needed. Yes, I am picky about brands and fit, and yes I know it, but these folks didn’t mind one bit.
Selection-​wise, this store has more for us bigger guys than any other men’s store I’ve ever walked into. Plenty of choices, from their house brands at a reasonable price, to the «OMG, did I really pay that much for a dress shirt» brands.
I’ve been here twice now, and both times I’ve been treated royally. After chatting with one of their sales staff, I found out he had spent several years working for the company, and was very happy doing so. That says a ton in today’s «revolving door» world of retail.
I’ll be back. Definitely.

I wish my shopping experience was this good back where I’m from. I’m in town on business for the week and, with the hot and humid weather, found that I didn’t pack enough. So, as a bigger guy I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a shop that had what I needed. Luckily I found Destination XL and headed over. I had never experienced the level of customer service at a clothing store quite like this!
I was warmly greeted when I arrived, partnered up with a very friendly sales rep who helped me expeditiously and professionally, having me in and out in about 20 minutes. I appreciated their having respected my time.
Looking forward to shopping there again, if I’m in the area again that is!

I’ve been shopping here for about 2.5 years and I really feel fortunate to have this option. The prices are nothing to sneeze at, but that’s not its strong point. You can walk in the place looking like a bum and walk out sharp as the devil! (barring shoes)
Rochester has a good selection of Ralph Lauren and they offer quite a few things you won’t find elsewhere especially in big and tall sizes. They even have regular sized stuff that always ends up going on clearance sale because people just don’t know about this place. They don’t advertise. They also do custom fitting and on-​site tailoring. I think tailoring is free as long as the item is somewhere between full price or 20% off.
The salesman who’s usually in there when I go is Richard Klumskey (sp?) and he’s a decent guy. He does try to sell me stuff I don’t want, but that’s his job. If there’s something I do want, he does his best to make sure that I get it. I’d say Rochester falls flat on shoes unless you really need a big size. There are way better options in the mall.
Lastly, the ambiance of the place is great. If it wasn’t a store, the space could definitely work as a club house of sorts. Check it out, but don’t cheap out.
