I hired Express Movers for a move back in May 2015. They moved my entire home in Center City to a storage unit located right outside of Philly. For starters, the three guys showed up over an hour and a half late and one of them stunk like weed. While moving my bedroom furniture, they severely damaged my Ethan Allen dresser(which was a wedding gift) because the guy had a sore back and insisted on using a hand truck to move it down the stairs. Sorry, if I wanted to risk damaging my furniture I would have done that myself instead of hiring movers! That was the only damage I noticed on the day of the move. The manager issued a $ 125 credit(that will cover about half of the repair). They ended up damaging a few other pieces of furniture that just came to light since we just moved out of our storage unit this week. The total damage was around $ 800(dresser, end table, coffee table, and couch). My suggestion would be to do your homework before hiring these fools. If you need them to move some industrial equipment for one location to the next on the cheap, they might be a good option. If you have delicate furniture you want to keep in good condition, move on! I will say that the three men who did the work were very nice, but they weren’t very forthcoming when damaging the goods.

I would love to start by saying this is the best move I have ever done. Rico and the 3 men were professional, polite, and they were careful with my furniture, we had our move last week from west chester to philadelphia, the movers got there on time, and the estimate was right on. I will use them again for sure
