We had a terrible experience at Groove yesterday. My five year old was crying hysterically because the staff refused to allow him to hold the drumsticks at a party where he was supposed to be pretending to rock out. Give the kid a drumstick! The video part of the party was poorly managed from start to finish. The kids spent more time standing around than they did dancing on stage. To make matters worse they sent the party guests home with the wrong DVD. If your child went to Bright Horizons camp this summer you can feel secure knowing that groove distributed your child’s performance to a bunch of strangers. How unprofessional. I am panicked at the thought of my child’s DVD being distributed to complete strangers. What an invasion of privacy.
