First, I would like to say that being a business owner myself I do understand that the actions of some of our employees don’t determine the company as a whole but in a different sense the people we do hire is the representation of our company and their actions does effect the outlook of our companies from a consumers point of view. With that being said here’s my opinion of this particular store. I looked at this blank page for quiet awhile before I could even begin to write. Trying to think of how I could write my review and what I wanted to saying without being so offensive to other Unilocal users who might just stumble upon my review. This is just my honest opinion on the employees and how not only myself but others that I have spoke to feel about this Gucci store in particular. As of yesterday my first thought after leaving the Gucci store was that I would never be purchasing another thing from their company altogether. But after giving some thought I came to the conclusion that I will still buy products from Gucci but just not from this location. First, I would like to point out their fine selective customer service. My fiancé and I walked into the store and there were two sales rep. standing around and not one person had the decency to greet us, and what made it worst was that one of the employee was so focused on his phone that he didn’t even put it down to greet us as we walked by. Now, I know that we are not god and in no way do I expect for people to go out of their way to say hello but what I did have a problem with is when a Caucasian man walked in behind us both men greeted him by saying«Welcome to Gucci, is their anything we can help you with today» while walking towards him but not a word was uttered to us when we first walked into the store. And trust me this is not the first time that I felt this kind of discrimination from this location. The last thing that I wanted to point out was the condition of the bags. Being that an average Gucci bag cost about 1000.00 and up I figure that the bag being presented be treated with much care and the look of the bag be more appealing. In my opinion I just feel like the quality of the bags shown to me not just yesterday but several times were not worthy of my money. The zippers don’t flow nicely on some of the bags for one. Some of the leather bags that I looked at were not stuffed so they have wrinkle lines in them and creases in them making my older bags look even better than the new unused ones. Lastly, I would like to add that one of the store manager Danielle was very helpful. And that the only reason I give this location three stars is because theirs an employee that I really enjoy working with whenever I stopped in at this location. I can’t remember her name but she’s of Asian decent. Again, the employees that you hire is a reflection of your company and maybe they need to consider their customer service if they want consumers to return.

This store has awful customer service. The manager is rude and does not know how to treat customers. If you want to buy Gucci, PLEASE go to neiman marcus or saks where you will get the same merchandise but much better service. I purchase a handbag and was never told of the return policy. I went online to gucci where it clearly states the return policy is 30 days. At 21 days I return to the store for my return of a completely perfect condition unused handbag. The manager in a very rude demeaning attitude tells me I would be lucky if he lets me do an exchange because store policy is 10 days. I proceed to browse the store for 15 minutes without any assistance and nasty stares from the employees and reluctantly exchange for something I don’t even like and that cost me an additional $ 150. If only this purchase would have been made at Saks or Neimans, i would have been treated well and the return policy would have been much better. Save your time and go to a better retailer!

Tall man working there was totally rude!!! Go shop for Gucci somewhere else! Management needs to take a look at this rude dismissive person. Big chip on his shoulder not good for business!!! Went straight over to LV and dropped $ 2100. Wonder if he works for commission!!!

Although, I did not purchase anything, I am writing about my experience in this store. I was browsing for gifts. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything by a beautiful sales woman. My response was«oh, I am just browsing!» Took a walk through the store and was gonna take a few pictures for Unilocal app. After a few minutes, the same woman following me around said«our store does not allow you to take photos.» Lol. I thought this was funny. She followed me around and told me I couldn’t take pictures. I apologized and stopped. Followed me and watched me leave the store. Makes me glad I didn’t make a large purchase because she made me feel like I was a criminal in the store. It was the first time something like this has ever happened to me… Smh. I did make a purchase at the LV store right before I came into this Gucci store.
