I just got off the phone with an employee at this location who helped me with an item I was buying as an Xmas present for my husband. It’s the middle of mall holiday season so I expected to be put on hold and rushed and for things to be difficult. Nope! She was so nice and took her time, and she hooked me up with shipping from the store so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour out to the mall. It was awesome and I’m super happy with how easy it was! Employees in store have always been really nice too, even when I take too long trying on shoes and don’t end up buying. So yeah, great store nice employees A++ would shop again.

I love ll bean and their clothes, but the service I received today has been horrendous, just like their bathrooms. I have been a loyal ll bean customer for years, but I will stick to shopping online if their service doesn’t improve!

I LOVE LL BEAN! It’s easily one of my favorite stores EVER. However, when I went in to the store today with my family I had a terrible time. I went straight for the Footwear section and I was greeted very rudely. The associates had a horrible attitude and tried to argue with me over my shoe size. I am well aware what size Bean Boots I am. But they brought out a size that was CLEARLY TOO BIG the said that’s how it was supposed to fit. They told me it was for thicker socks. Haha I could wear two pairs of wool socks and the boots would still be too big. So I took the boots off, put then in the box, gathered my family and promptly went to complain to the manager who I was ignored by. So here I am complaining on Unilocal.LL Bean of King of Prussia staff, get yourselves together. You work in retail and I understand it can suck but you are the faces of a huge company. It’s embarrassing how you treat your customers. This experience won’t stop me from shopping at LL Bean but I will be ordering online from now on.

Love L. L Bean! I recently starting shopping here as I’ve gotten more into hiking/​outdoors stuff. Their quality and style is amazing, and I love the selection at the store and the website. I especially appreciate the fact that I can be totally comfortable I’m getting a great product, since I can return anything that doesn’t hold up (hasn’t been an issue yet!). I was inspired to write this review because I went in today to pick up a spring rain jacket for my SO and experienced wonderful customer service. First, I found a vest I loved but wasn’t in my size– the manager looked up everything in the computer for me and came up with several options for me to get the vest in just a few days. I had planned to use a $ 10 gift card I had in my email, but when I went to pull it up in the checkout lane I couldn’t find it on my phone. We stepped out of line and the manager came over asking if everything was okay. When we explained the situation he was nice enough to honor the gift card even though I didn’t have it! I was blown away by how out of the way everyone had gone to help us! I will definitely be shopping here again. Great product, great service.

I like L.L. Bean. They have a reputation for quality that I bet many other stores wish they had. I like this interesting mix of outdoor apparel next time items for Mainliners… kinda funny to see a full body snow suit used to trek up Everest next to a wooden croquet set haha.
Although some items are made in America, be sure to check the tag. I thought I hit the jackpot with jeans under 100 bucks that are made in America, but they are not.
Avoid the food items and you can leave here with a good deal.
