Best decision ever. Don’t know why I waited so long. I had PRK surgery 6 weeks ago and now my vision is 20⁄25. On my way to 20⁄20. I was able to see immediately after the procedure. Office staff knowledgable and professional. I will be honest and say the first 3 days of recovery was challenging I had a lot of iching and burning which is normal with PRK. Still don’t regret this elect procedure truly changed my life. I recommend watching the YouTube videos so you know what the procedure will be like. The procedure itself was quick and painless due to the meds. Highly satisfied customer.

My LASIK surgery is scheduled for Friday. My consultation went well & the girls were very friendly & professional. I can’t wait!!!

The procedure itself went well and I am glad I went through with prk but the staff has terrible communication and are incompetent. I took a half day off from work to get my 3 month follow up and when I arrived for my appointment time I was told that a doctor was not in so I would have to reschedule. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Once they have their money from the procedure they don’t care about you. After spending 5000 you should be able to get consistent follow up service and not treated like shit

I was recommended by a family member and co-workers to go to LasikPlus Vision Center KOP. I was super nervous about getting my eyes fixed, but my vision was so bad and I needed it done. I, being a nurse, am very cautious about who I go to for care. I had the most amazing experience and best care. The surgery was done by Dr. Shaw and he walked me through the entire process the day of the surgery. He is the best! My consultation appointment and follow up appointments were with Dr. Kelly McCann. She was the main reason why I had such a great experience. Super friendly and well versed about eye care. I felt completely comfortable with her and she spent time with me explaining the process and making sure I understood everything that was happening. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care. Best decision I ever made and I have perfect vision! :)

So disappointed. Cold staff, optometrist who does your follow up could not care less. Three and a half months later I can see but my eyes are ALWAYS irritated and dry. Literally, it’s constant. They keep telling me «it’s normal» but that was not what they said before I paid them for the surgery. Please do not go to this site for lasik. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shah, Dr. Cesarano, and the entire office staff at LasikPlus. My situation was unique in that my left eye had been damaged from a previous procedure. The staff at LasikPlus took the time to listen to my story and assure me that they could help remedy the issue in my left eye. I did receive a prescription for Valium to help calm my nerves since I was very anxious due to the bad experience I had elsewhere. They offered me a discount on my procedure because I have health insurance. The office is spotless, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is efficient and friendly. I never had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Lasik Vision Correction.

POORQUALITYOFCARE– I had an appointment with LasikPlus Vision Center and arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment only to find nobody at the center. I waited until after the opening time of the center before I called the 1800 customer service line. They too were unable to locate anyone at the center and advised me to call to reschedule because«they didn’t know what was going on.» When I was speaking with the corporate customer service supervisor I had to remind him several time that I am the patient as he tried to explain operational difficulties. I explained to him I received 3 calls from Saturday night though Sunday night confirming my morning appointment and how could nobody be at the center. I did receive a VMX20 minutes after I left the center from the center administrator with an apology for nobody being at the center. She commented they didn’t realize they had a patient appointment that morning until 9:20 when I received the call back. My major concern is it appears their standard of care is to open the front door and if the patient shows up, they must forward the patient to the exam/procedure room. How does a medical practice not know their patient responsibilities for providing care? Would any responsible person have confidence in the quality of care provided from a facility that doesn’t know their patient workload or have a protocol in place to ensure the facility is open according to their hours of operation. We are not talking about one person not be available or the doctor not available, we are talking about nobody was available at the facility. Not even a receptionist. Obviously, I will not be going back or referring this facility to anyone. I will be going across the street to the Kremer Eye Center.
