One of my fav place to get a quick bite. I ask for only little sauce cause it can be too sweet

Absolutely awful. Ordered the teriyaki chicken, double meat. The price for mall food court food is already crazy, ($ 12 for chicken, rice, and a drink), but I sat down to eat and the chicken was rubbery and cool in the middle. I broke open 5 – 6 pieces and there were still translucent bits, bright brought it back to the counter and they claimed it was all fully cooked. Had to throw it out, it was inedible.
Also, the same spatulas they use to manipulate the raw chicken are the same ones they use to handle the cooked meat…
