Don’t come here if you’re pressed for time. Wait times are pretty ridiculous. unless you know someone working there.

We visited pandora about an hour before closing yesterday so needless to say the store was not crowded. My boyfriend was interested in buying a bracelet for my mom’s birthday. He signed his name on the list and we were promptly helped by a salesperson. Since we already knew what we wanted(I have a pandora bracelet myself) the experience was short and sweet. The star of the show was the cashier. Her soliloquy about why clips need to be added to the bracelet was hilarious(OK you had to be there). But. It was. The complimentary gift wrap and reminder that I could get my bracelet cleaned twice a year was icing on our Pandora cake. 5⁄5 for Pandora KOP. I’ll stick to visiting at off peak times.

This is my go to Pandora store, partly because they’re in the KOP mall(and let’s face it, the mall is awesome) but mostly because there aren’t any other Pandora stores near me in Philadelphia. I’ve purchased three bracelets and well over $ 500 worth of charms here over the past 3 months, each time I visit the services is good. Since Pandora dropped the prices on a ton of charms I’ll probably be here even more now. I’ve never had any problems with an item I was looking for being sold out. Only downside is they can be pretty crowded on the evenings and weekends. Be prepared to sign their waiting list and browse around until a rep is available to help you. If you can, go in the morning to afternoon hours and avoid the wait.
