Love the pizza most times and I have never had a bad experience at any other location. The King of Prussia location however is horrendous. It’s the worst service at any given time you go in and the employees are the most ignorant and rude people I have ever had to encounter. If you hate your job and people that much then quit. The man serving us was rude and clearly did not care about what we wanted. While the other two employees sat eating out in the open and yelling obnoxiously back and for. Then proceeded to stay on their phones while customers were waiting to be served. The owners seriously need to clean up shop!!! –An angry customer

I will never be back to this place! I guess it’s my fault since I ignored the negative reviews. I figured I would judge for myself. Well, I walked in and there was no one in there except one person sitting down… I wasn’t greeted at all and when I finally got the guys attention he was so rude! Ordered my two slices and wanted a Cookie… the guy at the register banged his hand on the counter and seemed annoyed. The whole time I was being rang up I was ignored as they were talking amongst themselves. No big deal but my receipt was basically thrown at me! Then when I got home the slice of plain that was given the me was half burnt! DOESNTMANAGEMENTREADTHESE? It’s a shame because we have pizza once a week on Fridays and they won’t be getting my business!

Poor customer service, workers are very lazy. I wish I would of read prior reviews before coming here. Besides the fact that the place was empty and the workers are talking about eating somewhere else. Pizza was ok. Go to Chicago we have the best pizza! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

While the pizza was good, the customer service was both non existent and horrible. I ordered 2 slices and my wife ordered a gluten free pie. My slices came out in about 8 minutes and they were warm. My wife’s gluten free pizza came out 15 minutes after my slices. And I had to inquire about here order twice. Adding insult to injury, my wife’s pizza was not slices through. I went up, got the gluten free pizza wheel and did it myself. Why didn’t our food come out together? Why don’t any of the workers here give a dam about customer service? Good pizza is great, but without great service, it is never worth it. Sadly this place is not one that I would recommend to anymore or return to myself.

Great pizza and cookies. The pizza is by the slice and it’s a meal by itself. You can order a whole pizza if you want. They also have salads. Great food. Must try for the pizza lover.

This location was good a few years ago, but now the quality of the pizza is terrible and the service is horrible. I have been back a few times just to see if it was a bad experience that day, but it has been consistently terrible and I will no longer visit this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would. A few years ago this specific location was good but I have now tried it a few times in the past few weeks and it gets worse and worse each and every time. I just stopped there today and stood at the counter for a few minutes and couldn’t find a worker in sight. No one asked if they could help me or even came to the front. The only employee I could see was sitting at a computer in the back and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I continued to stand there for a few more minutes… to no avail, so I turned around and left. This isn’t my first bout with poor service here. Whoever the owner is, they need to fire every employee in the store and start over because they provide the worst service I have ever seen at any PEACE A PIZZA or any other comparable restaurant. I can assure you that I will never go there again if I see any of the same workers there that I have seen the last few times I’ve stopped in. Love PEACE A PIZZA but hate the kop store. It’s hands down awful!!!

I love that peace of pizza has gluten free pizza. I have celiac and it is nice to feel like everyone else once in a while. Normally we order from the one in Ardmore. We were in the king of Prussia area so we called ahead(the gluten free pie takes about 25 minutes to cook). We got there and the pie was done which surprised me. It seemed undercooked. I tried some and it was disgusting. I gave it back and they reheated it making it worse. Such a disappointment!

BUMMER. A couple years ago I LOVED my meal & experience at the Wayne location. They’ve since closed, so I’ve been wanting to try the KOP store. Shouldn’t have. Pizza was mediocre to low quality. But I was ravenous, so meh. Service was quick, however! No complaints on the guy who served me. The New Hope soda(Italian lemon) is amazing! I would return for the soda. Bathroom– toilet paper holder had no cover, paper towel holder kept slamming down on me. Annoying. While we were eating, the two guys who were there initially seemed to disappear, & a lone female worker remained. She was on her phone from the minute she walked in & stayed in the back area, occasionally sauntering to the counter to check for patrons. I was disgusted at the complete lack of professionalism. What topped it off was when a customer entered, stood at the counter for a minute, waited, looked around… & then LEFT. A few minutes later the phone-talking worker popped her head around the corner again, too late to realize she LOST a customer! Seriously??? Wow. A new level of low. Basically, the soda was good, my particular service was good. Otherwise NO reason to return. Managers, I hope you’re reading this! Customers DO pay attention to what your employees are up to… Or NOT up to.

Terrible. I should have checked Unilocal before I came to the King of Prussia location. The pizzas LOOK good in the case. I ordered a slice of pizza with pesto, basil, and mozzarella. Twenty minutes later, the slice wasn’t ready, and I asked the server at the counter how much longer it would be. She was apologetic and promptly put another piece in the oven, saying, «We’re only supposed to put it in for 30 seconds.» So far, though I was hungry, no harm, no foul – though I’m sure some people would be properly pissed off. The second piece stayed in the oven longer than 30 seconds, but I didn’t want to hound her. When she brought me my slice, it too was burnt – not nearly as much as the previous one, but to the point where the slice was nearly inedible – dried out and then shattered into pieces when I bit into it.(Not a joke – the bottom half of the slice, closer to the pointy end, just broke into dry shards.) The piece was also very small(though perhaps its burntness only made it seem small). That said, I was hungry, and I ate it anyway. I decided not to give the server a hard time because I’m hoping she was new and would learn. But now that I’ve read the other reviews, I won’t be back. The cheapest slices are already more expensive than slices elsewhere($ 2.99 and up). I’m glad I didn’t order two slices – that would have been $ 6.50 wasted. For the record, the place was pretty clean this afternoon when I was in this store. Go to Franzone’s in Bridgeport or Via Veneto in East Norriton.

This place is horrible. I’m a fan of the Peace A Pizza food in general, but I made the mistake of trying the KOP store again. I understand the owners are more worried about their new concept, but I would think you want all your stores to be clean and make money. Twice I’ve been in the KOP store and the tables have been filthy, the fountain soda area is a mess and usually unstocked, and the staff doesn’t care ATALL. Whoever I could assume was the manager on duty was in the back on his phone while the cashier(after giving my pizza) stood near the front doors and talked to a gentleman whom I assume is a spouse/mate. Today my pizza was slightly burnt and I’m pretty sure the once slice was made two days prior. Again, I do like Peace A Pizza, but I would recommend to anyone that if you’re in KOP, find somewhere else to go. Plaza Azteca next door, Fox and Hound in the mall parking lot, Chipotle, Panera etc…

Our company caters from here frequently and as far as their pizza goes, I’ve had DiGiornos that taste better. The dough just tastes undercooked, sauce has a weird sweet taste. They have gourmet toppings and I’m always a fan of the Buffalo Chicken, but not from here. Their salads and desserts are good though. That’s about the only compliment I have.

Delicious pizza in a tranquil setting. A nice place to sit down and eat. And you get away from the hustle of KoP.

Overall, Peace A Pizza has decent pizza with a wide array of choices. While I’ve probably tried most of them over the years today I went with plain cheese and BBQ chicken. The dough is clearly hand-tossed and fresh although by the slice on a slow day you never quite know how long it’s been sitting there. The plain slice was good and flavorful. The dough is a little on thick chewy side but still good. Sauce had good flavor and the cheese was of good quality. Not greasy at all. The BBQ chicken featured fresh white chicken breast chunks and BBQ sauce & cheese. It was better than average. I’ve had better slices around Philly and I’ve had much worse. While I won’t give their slices my signature«Duhlicious» I will definitely come back. I did notice what others wrote about dirty tables and posted some pics to prove it. Seems to be a poor management situation.

I traveled to the KOP area recently and found myself with time on my hands before I checked in to a nearby hotel. I conducted a Google search for nearby restaurants(did not have Unilocal app installed on my iPhone, sadly), saw this gourmet pizza restaurant and thought I’d give it a try. I walked in at 11:15am thinking that was a good time to ensure«fresh out of tbe oven» experience. I was the only patron there. Both pizza slices ordered(one pepperoni, the other eggplant and mozzarella) were literally disgusting. The dough was so dense I was sure I was eating formerly frozen breadsticks. The red sauce(?) was completely flavorless and the mozzarella was incredibly rubbery and almost inedible. The one bright spot was the charming and handsome counter staff. The best thing about this place is the«groovy» music streaming from Sirius satallite service. After a few minutes I gave up and left; but only after I downloaded the iPhone Unilocal app to write this review. Unless you want to be disappointed I’d stay away.

Gourmet pizza by the slice — note Peace A Pizza it’s a chain, and they’re a dime a dozen. Still, that fact doesn’t diminish its value. This particular location is somewhat easy to get to, a decent size and usually crowded during the lunch hour(be prepared for a line). There’s parking available in the front and rear of the shopping area. Credit cards are accepted, for those of you who swing that way. There are exotic menu choices; I’m partial to their spinach vegetarian pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza is plain bizarre. A lot of their combinations seem to have chicken — c’mon, where’s the sausage? I believe there’s a bacon and burger(two separate flavors, mind you) available to order. Like pizza? Give them a shot.
