Wow — they sure do carry alot of different items here — things like snacks and bottled water, cleaning products, furniture and non-officey things.
There are also the «usual» pens, paper, folders etc — and that is why I came in — but now I think I will consider staples for other things.
Plus, Mark, the manager? guy was really helpful.
We’ll be back.

Stopped in because 1) someone was sending me a fax and I don’t own one, and 2.) needed to pick up a few odd items as long as I am there.
Coming from Norristown you have to make an odd loop to get to this place off the 202.
Inside, the appearance of the store looked rather new, like it was remodeled. Not a particularly large Staples as Staples go.
The man in the copy/print section was very pleasant and helpful. And the lone checkout girl was chatty and pleasant.
Overall an okay experience here.

I came here today to exchange a defective item; a cooling pad for my laptop that after a period of time would start sounding like a possessed orphan and hissed and growled at me. Since it had obviously been used, I wasn’t sure if they would honor an exchange.
The sales associate I dealt with, Tyler, was extremely nice even when he tried to explain the situation to the manager in hopes of her allowing the exchange. Not only did they honor it for me (a one time courtesy), but when they returned and rebought the item to do the exchange, the cooling pad was $ 2.12 cheaper and they refunded that back to my card.
I was pleased with the service they provided and would probably return!
