UNCANNY!

I love going to this place. The set up is great and the employees seems eager to help. They have a great selection of comic books and always an abundance of new arrivals. They also have a good amount of back issues, but it’s never anything I’m looking for. They have a great selection of tshirts, l and other novelty items. Statues and toys are cool to look at too.
I have gotten back into comics recently and have been spending a lot more than I want to on them. I mainly collect them for the cover art and like to collect variants. This store has LOTS of variants! You can tell that this store orders a lot by the amount of books they have on the shelves. That being said, those variants are very expensive compared to ANY other store. Because of the prices, I can not give them a 5 star rating. Pricing is very important to me. I understand that this store has a lot of overhead because of location, but why not sell more volume?
I’ve bought a few variants off their wall when I started collecting again. That was until I realized that I could’ve gotten the same books for at leas half the price at other stores or even on eBay. There’s a comic book on their wall for the past few months that is priced at $ 300, but every other store I’ve been to sold it for $ 100. Just pricing like that turns me off to this place. Until the pricing structure is changed, I can only browse at this store. The sad thing is that I live 5 minutes from this place.

I stopped in today and had the best customer service from a new employee in training — Uncanny didn’t have what I needed (an obscure manga) but he and his trainer directed me to a store that did. They got me what I needed for my daughter for Christmas and showed that they care about the customer, not just the sale. We’ll be back for sure, thanks Uncanny!!!

best comic shop around ever since they moved to their new location. always busy, always full of cool s**t, and they host events and game tournaments now. a+

Love this place! Amazing layout and I’m a big graphic novel guy and they have all of the classics.

These guys are the best! The staff here is fantastic. You can tell they are sincerely interested in customer satisfaction and are very attentive to customer needs. The store atmosphere is great and I enjoy going in every week. They have a huge inventory and the store is always clean and organized. If you are looking for comic books, trade paperbacks/​graphic novels, or the latest in gaming or anything pop culture related you owe it to yourself to go to Uncanny!

Always have what I’m looking for (or willing to order it just for me). Staff is awesome and new location looks great! Can’t say enough, best comic shop in the area, hands down.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Store is well-​organized and everything is easy to find. Tons of comics-​related merchandise (figures, t-​shirts, mugs, statues, etc.) My favorite store: I go every Wednesday!

New staff is very helpful. Past management was not as friendly or useful. Everything is overpriced but they have some good store events.

The people are always very friendly and looking to help, a fairly wide selection of back issues — basically everything you’d want from a nice neighborhood comic store! (Not to mention they’ve got a ton of pretty awesome t-​shirts!)
