Value Dry

Recently, I had a crack on my exterior foundation wall, which was allowing water to enter into my home. I was referred to Value Dry by my neighbor who informed me of a man named Dan Kelly who was part of his local professional group. The following day, I e-​mailed Dan, who promptly responded to my inquiry within one hour. I was impressed with how quickly Dan was able to set me up with an appointment to receive an estimate. When Dan arrived at my home he was incredibly professional and courteous. He gave me a clear understanding of how the issue with my foundation would be remedied and explained the step-​by-​step process for how the project would be completed. Within one day, Dan had all of my contract paperwork ready for me to sign and I was able to move forward with the project. Overall, I felt very comfortable with Dan’s approach and his desire to work with me to make the process feel less stressful.
On the scheduled day of the project, Robert and his colleague were focused and finished the job effectively and promptly. Robert was professional and informative. He explained all of the work he and his partner completed and answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. The level of friendliness of Robert and his partner was warmly welcomed. I have worked with other companies in the past who have not given me the same respect as the employees of Value Dry had given me. Thank you again for all of your hard work and professionalism. I will not hesitate to use Value Dry again in the future for any home waterproofing needs, nor will I hesitate to refer them to my family and friends. Thanks again!

Do not deal with this business! We had our basement securely waterproofed with a sump pump and a back up. Spent $ 15,000. Last night there were horrible storms and the sump pump stopped working when the electricity went off. The backup system did not work. No one will call us back. When we finally did get in touch with someone he was very sarcastic and condescending. They will not help us at all. I am just beyond shocked. 40 hours later. Their emergency response team finally came. Great service

Worst experience ever. Be careful with this people. They come over your house offering you a free estimate. All are good manners in the beginning. They offer you a good product and a warranty for life. However when they tell you the price and that you have to hand them in that precise moment, a check in the amount of 4 figures, and you refuse to do it, the harassment starts. If sales agressivity works for you, then hire their services, but don’t call them if you don’t want to welcome a thug in your home.

ValueDry installed a sump pump in our basement. They workers were very nice and very professional and did an outstanding job. The work was very neatly done in a short amount of time. We haven’t had a deluge since the pump was installed so we don’t really know if it will solve our wet basement problem, but I feel good about the job they did.

I had value dry come repair a leak in my basement. They came for a free estimate– very easy to schedule and very prompt. They were very professional and thorough. They went through and explained everything to me. The work was easy to schedule and they took their time to explain as they worked and did a very good job with the repair. They also offer a great warranty on their product. I highly recommend them! They also went the extra mile to make sure the rest of my apartment was not covered in dust by the jack-​hammering.
