I called to schedule a appointment and was upset when they didn’t show up. It was a honest mistake made do to not being put on their work schedule. I was very pleased when they rescheduled and showed up on time. They were very apologetic about missing the first appt. The tech. (Joe) that cleaned my chimney and inspected my wood burning stove was very knowledgeable and friendly and diagnosed a problem I was having with a air leak from the ash can. I will be using this business to clean my chimney, inspect my fireplace and make any necessary repairs every year.

Banker was recommended to me by the guy who installed our propane tank. They showed up right when they agreed to be there and Joe did an outstanding job fixing our fireplace. And for a minimum charge, to-​boot. Apparently they aren’t letting the fact that they are the only company in this area who does what they do make their heads swell or make them greedy.
