Very happy with the customer service at the Kingman JCPenneys. On a number of occasions, I have had the pleasure of being helped by Paula and was given excellent service. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping there, even though they are limited due to size.

I’ll tell you what. I first came here to use the ‘loo since I didn’t want to drive back to my hotel or go into Vons (ick grocery store bathrooms are nasty)…
Ended up walking out with some new clothes! I was pleasantly pleased with the prices and selection of colors of polo’s now that it is Summer time and I need some for work.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and overall it was a positive experince. I would recommend the locals do all their shopping here… the one other cool thing that I found but did not buy (due to the 104 degree temp outside) were OVER THE CALF gold toe socks! Awesome!

I did some shopping here at after Christmas sales and can hardly say enough good things about Bonnie the sales clerk. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me return some gifts that didn’t fit, exchange for a different color and then buy more clothes and get the best savings and deals.
She was kind, patient, friendly and most of all-​resourceful!
The store is well stocked, clean, brightly lit, and has current styles.
I love the small town experience of shopping at the Kingman JC Penneys. Be sure and stop in and ask for Bonnie to help you! Because she will!
