Veggies and mayonnaise are always warm. They’re bread is never fresh. Rather drive to Dinuba and get better sandwiches from the Dinuba Port of Subs! My friend also got food poisoning from the Kingsburg Port of Subs. Hard to tell if I’ll ever be back

Came in the first time to try it so I could compare to subway. Old woman (likely manager) actually had the nerve to ask me to smile for her, I wasn’t mad or anything, neutral face .
How rude is that !!
I work in the customer service industry too and you don’t ask people to smile, you will get your butt kicked doing that or worse they just won’t ever come back to your business .
I don’t go around with a happy go lucky stupid face all the time smiling, it’s not even natural. sometimes I’m stressed, sometimes I’m mad, sometimes I’m just chill. You bring up something to talk about we can have a chat, make a joke then I might laugh and smile, reasonable enough ?
As for the sandwiches, it’s average, no better than subway to be honest but at least the people at subway know how to treat a person with respect.

Hands down the best Port Of Sub’s in the central valley! Very clean, nice employees and great customer service. The sandwich’s here tastes better than other locations.

Pretty good sandwiches, the staff is friendly and helpful. The best thing is that you can get macaroni or potato salad with your combo.

This place is similar to a Subway, but seemed to be privately owned. The food seemed to be priced fair and food was good.
