I would give this 0 stars but apparently I can’t.
We had been on the road for hours driving and simply wanted to get out of the car, stretch our legs, whatever and after everyone gets out of the car and stands around for a bit, the guy working comes out and says the parking is for AT&T customers only, even though the spots we were in weren’t marked as such.
We point this out to the guy, and he is completely rude saying they need the parking for customers,(we were only there for 5 minutes at that point) regardless that there were absolutely NO customers in there.
Then we mention how my sister is an AT&T member and she’ll remember how he treated us when her contract goes to be renewed, and he said «Please do».
Simply unprofessional and rude. It was unneeded.
If it would have been busy, we obviously wouldn’t have parked there, but everywhere else was busy, so we had no choice.
If I had ever planned on shopping there, I no longer am considering it.

this store and it management sucks and lies to long standing cutomer’s of att!!!
i moved here from louisiana and planned on never having to change my number and made many transactions over the phone without having to switch my account and leaving my account as is.
then i started having to deal with this store and added a third phone for my fiancé and this greedy sales person and store decided to grab the account, told me i had no choice but to switch my account to his store and now i find out that according to att i am a customer with only «3 months history» as opposed to the «three year customer» !!!
this store sucks and so does this manager!!!
be very careful!!!
