F & L Limo

I have used this limo service several times. Sheri and Rod are the owners and they really have their heart in this business. The first time I used the service it was for a special anniversary event — and Sheri did everything she could to make the event unforgettable including finding chocolate covered strawberries. Everything was perfect and this was a trip to Asheville for a special experience. There was even trouble with the limo this time and they went the extra mile and hired a limo driver in Asheville for my whole time there at their expense and made sure they my special event did not skip a beat.
For another event I had models in town for a special event and I got the mercedes van limo which even has a dance floor where a 6 foot tall model could stand in and dance to a great sound systems. The limo was immaculate and the Rod one of the owners personally drove for ½ of the service and a great /​young driver for the rest of the time. When the models wanted a late night snack before being driven to the hotel at 4am they didn’t skip a beat and took us all to a 24 hour restaurant and waited while we got our grub after a wonderful night on the town.
F and L has by far the biggest selection of limos in town. amazing selection and limo service from the airport which I have used several times. (see pictures of some of the great limos to choose from). Great price and super nice drivers.

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever had in my life. The driver was exceedingly disrespectful to me and all my guests. They shorted me a driver for the multiple shuttles/​limos I ordered and then blamed me. The shuttle broke down on the way to the event and the driver so rude and unprofessional to the guests on the shuttle one of asked me if he was inebriated. Words cannot describe how horrible my experience was with them. Save your money and avoid their services, or if pay extra and hire someone from Knoxville!
