Hardee’s

I leaving a one star review because that is the lowest there is. If I could leave lower I would. I stood in line for over 15 minutes. Mind you I was the only one in line. Before I was even asked what I want to eat. Very very very slow. This is completely unacceptable I will never stop at this hardees again. I can’t see how you are even still in business. I could fry a burger faster even if I had to kill the cow first.
Worse hardees in the world!!!

I experienced very poor service. I was never greeted, and no-​one ever smiled. The good news is that the food was good and it didn’t take long. I emailed the district manager about the service & never got a response.

Ordered beef nachos supreme off of the red burrito menu and it was cold. everything, the beef and nacho cheese. Would have been ok had they heated it some. The beer battered onion rings were delish, but that’s about it.

On our long drive back home, we needed to stop for some gas and grab a bite to eat.
I’ve passed by Hardee’s many times before on previous road trips, but have never taken the time to try any of their menu items. We decided to give it a whirl and were pleasantly surprised that they offered more than just burgers. They also have tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, hot dogs, ham sandwiches, bbq chicken sandwiches, etc.
The employees here are very kind. Once we placed our order, we were given a red number card. Place the card at the edge of your table. Once your food is ready, an employee brings your meal over. Now that’s something you don’t see at McDonalds, Wendy’s or Burger King. It took about 10 mins. or so for the food to come out. There is plenty of seating available and the restaurant is clean.
We tried the Original Thickburger, Mushroom & Swiss Thickburger, and Crispy Curls. The Original Thickburger was quite tasty. It was warm, the bun was hearty, the meat patty was thick and had flavor. Not the best burger, but far from the worst I’ve had. The curly fries were warm, crisp, and had a bit of kick to them. The Mushroom & Swiss Thickburger was extremely salty. The bun, meat patty, and Swiss cheese tasted fine. It was the Mushroom Sauce that made the burger extremely salty. There were about 4 teeny tiny pieces of mushroom floating in a pool of slimy salty sauce.
If you’re on the road and need to grab a quick bite to eat, Hardee’s will fill you up without hurting your wallet too much.

For those of you who doesn’t know, Hardee’s is the same exact Fast-​food resaturant as you know in the Bay Area as Carl’s Jr. The smiling star-​symbol and the menu are identical. The only difference is that Hardee’s may have more items, whether it is still healthy, you do the math. I have abjured the choice in eating in Hardee’s, because it is Carl’s Jr. food. The restaurant is surprisingly clean for a fast-​food restaurant, but it’s still fast-​food. I don’t go to Tennessee or anywhere to eat fast-​food.
