I really enjoy shopping at JCP. They have good prices and good quality merchandise and the new return policy is excellent. I also fully support in how open and supportive this company is. However this location really needs work. The Kingsport store is too small and honestly it’s ran down and is an aging mall that needs an expansion and total over haul. So love the company but this location needs work. I shop here as its the closest one to me but I prefer the Bristol or JC store as both of those locations have a better selection and are just nicer looking stores.
