Beware hidden charges. Although this place is in network with our vision plan, my wife was still charged the out of network copay. Also, although she didn’t receive any materials, she was also charged a $ 30 materials copay. Recommend you ask about all the charges when you call and don’t simply ask them if they are in network or take your insurance.
