Took my girlfriend here for lunch one day and was extremely unimpressed. The service was slow and our waitress disappeared at times. I realize that servers have bad days but she only had four tables during lunch and made a point to take care of them before looking after us. I’m sure that the service is not always that bad so we will give it another try but mainly because the food was delicious once we finally got it. Steak was cooked and seasoned correctly. Hopefully the next time around the service will be has good as the food.

I visited Longhorn Steakhouse last week and ordered home cooked kettle chips as an appetizer, and they were excellent. For lunch, I had a caesar salad that was very good, and an 11 ounce rib eye steak, that was an excellent quality cut of steak and cooked very well. Overall, the lunch was excellent and I would definitely go back again. The quality of the steak served ranked well in competition with other good steak houses including Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and the Black Angus Steakhouse. I Definitely recommend it.

Four of us went to Longhorn for dinner last night and had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. To be more accurate we had no service. For 25 minutes we were totally ignored. Not one person acknowledged us in 25 minutes not even a «hello» or «I’ll be right with you». We’ve had poor service here in the past and always when seated near the bar but to have no service for 25 minutes is a new low. We finally left without ever having talked to stuff after being seated and couldn’t ever find a manager to express our displeasure.

Went out to try to have a nice dinner with family while I was in town and unfortunately this place just made us all upset. We were a party of four and were seated after a 20 minute wait. We then continued to sit at our table for another 30 minutes without so much as a «hello» from any wait staff. We were completely ignored by everyone. I’ve never experienced this before and I’m in awe at how terrible the service was.

Service always good, steaks always good and cooked correctly. Spicy shrimp breading was a bit salty this time otherwise always a good visit when we dine here.

So here’s the low down. I’ve been to Longhorn before. They were all ok. This one could’ve been better.
Our server was friendly, and on point the entire time. The calamari was some of the best, I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was typical steakhouse décor, could have been a lil bit cleaner. But we came in after the Sunday lunch crowd… So what’s up with the 3 stars? Here ya go.
Of course I’m going to comment on the cocktails. The «Perfect Margarita» was eeeh, Applebees is way better. The other drinks were ok. As for the food, I tried the Renegade sirloin and grilled shrimp. The steak was over cooked, the shrimp was beyond salty, and my man’s steak was overly seasoned and salty as well. What a shame! This could’ve been a great meal.
I’ll go back for the calamari, and maybe a beer or three :) But as for the other menu items, I’ll pass.

The food was good but the service was terrible. There was a point where I actually thought our server had gone off shift. And when she finally did come around to ask if we needed anything, it was «on the run“as she was passing our table. When she took my card to pay for our dinner, she was gone SO long that I was getting concerned about getting my card back. I have always liked Langhorn but there are too many other places to eat at for us to put up with this kind of service.

I love LongHorn! It is always my go — to when traveling, and this one does a great job with food, service, and atmosphere.
On this occasion, I chose the lamb with horseradish mashed potatoes and a Bibb salad. The lamb was outstanding, grilled over an open flame and topped with wilted spinach and a mint bordelaise sauce. The Bibb salad is topped with hearts of palm, Mandarin oranges, slivered radishes, and grilled asparagus. Really outstanding. Add a glass of merlot to top it off!
