Not sure if this place is good or bad. It was game day ang I planned to watch the game of my favorite team. Luckily, the game already started a a few minutes and I was really that I didnt miss the game. While watching, saw a few bad things on this place.
1. They don’t have security, not good for young women to come because there are massive bad looking guys around.
2. The bar has some beers left, I thought bars never run out of beers but here, they unintentionally run out. But that’s not my problem, its theirs.
Watched the game until the end. Although there were a little unsatisfaction about the place but I still watched the entire game so that’s not bad.

Will not be back! Have tried several different times since they opened and they do NOT have it together. Service is ALWAYS slow, despite not being crowded. Last time their fryer didn’t work so no fries or homemade chips. This time they were out of fries, homemade chips and fruit cup. Since they only had bagged chips or slaw I asked for onion rings w/​a side of the onion dip that comes with the homemade chips. The waiter informed me I would get 3 onion rings. He DID NOT inform me that I would be charged an extra $ 2 for my THREE onion rings and 75 cents for the small cup of dip. After 20+ minutes waiting on two sandwiches, the ticky tacky charges and previous substandard experiences in DONE with Macado’s Kingsport.

I’ve been here many times and it is awesome! at first the service wasn’t the best but now it’s just about perfect! The food is awesome and well prepared and all the wait staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend the big daddy or Pendleton they are both awesome!

Well I didn’t get to eat there this time. Came in and waited for 5 minutes for a server to come take my drink order. So I chose to leave. It wasn’t busy. I was sat near the bar. The music was blasting and I couldn’t hear my friend talking to me. I probably won’t return. They have definitely gone down hill since I first visited.

Got a big daddy asked for no mushrooms or tomatoes so some how that translated to take everything off of it. The potato salad had no flavor @ all. Mixed up some potatoes and mayo and that’s about it. The pastrami was just a big sandwich full of fat and about 5% actual meat. Waitress response to that was «That’s why I don’t eat meat». 2nd time trying the place and both times the same type experience. Mediocre slop @ ridiculous prices. Rather stay home nd have ramen and pb&j.

Good food. Good atmosphere. I have eaten at other locations and was thrilled to find out that Kingsport was getting a restaurant. This will help the downtown in Kingsport. The sandwiches are great. You can’t go wrong with the potato skins as an appetizer.

The menu is very overwhelming your first time eating here. There are quite a few options to choose from. The sandwich that I ended up choosing (Macado Flyer) was very tasty. I have no doubt all of the other selections would be just as good. Our waitress didn’t seem to know the prices of up charges. I added banana peppers to my sandwich — she said it would be like .75 and it ended up just .25. Overall pretty good place.

We were back for a visit in Kingsport, and I was very pleased to find a new restaurant downtown! Love the décor, the food was really good, the waitress tho was not the best one… she kind of dropped my sandwich, the toothpick that was holding it broke into pieces inside of it, or course the sandwich was totally destroyed and since she realized that she didn’t really came back to check on us not to get in trouble… Hopefully food was really good and another waiter came to check on us!

Met a friend for lunch here and was amazed by the selection! The weather was nice so we opted for outdoor seating and was so glad we did. Had a great view of downtown bustle, art, and passerby.
Restaurant was beautifully laid out and comfortable. Service was great, though not very knowledgeable about the selections.
Sweet tea was excellent (very important round here) as was the food. I had an tasty sandwich called the Stallone served on ciabatta and it was perfect. Friend had the chicken salad which will probably be my next choice for lunch. Good portions, reasonable prices.
I say go give it a try!
