Very unprofessional. Cancelled our group’s private room reservation only two days before our function, stating that they wanted to give the room to a larger group. We had to scramble to find a place to accommodate us. The last-​minute confusion created a much smaller turn-​out than expected for our holiday celebration. I will never give them a dime of my money.

We discovered Mamas House about a month ago, & have been four times, as it is now one of my husband’s favorites. The fried chicken & the fish are both delicious. Our dinner (lunch price) Saturday was under $ 18. That included our drinks & a five year old. (Not sure of the cut off age, but kids eat free). My husbands favorite used to be Golden Coral, but now it’s this place. The staff is extremely friendly. Our glasses never emptied, & dirty plates were removed quickly. The carpet is stained, but the other décor is warm & inviting. :) Just don’t sit in the front, or there is a lot of people traffic.

Mamma’s House is your standard southern style buffet. It’s good home style food and safe, meaning you won’t get surprised.
The dessert is where these folks shine, blueberry cobbler and ice cream!
The wait staff is attentive and helpful.
