The best thing about this place? THEY DO FREE LAPTOP DIAGNOSIS! yes… free! None of this «pay this much and we’ll put it towards your final bill» that so many places do. They hook it up to some diagnostic thing (I actually didn’t witness it but both my girls got their laptop problems diagnosed for free and it was very helpful.) and do basic testing. Got the impression it wasn’t like the Geek Squad at Best Buy (that’s a good thing). Just a simple quick FREE diagnositic with no pushy sales! I’ve been there for supplies before, pretty normal as far as office supply stores go. I’ve noticed they have some competitive school supply sales at the start of the school year. Their laptop prices were comparable to Best Buy and others. And in fact, I think I got an external DVD player there and it was a comparable price to Best Buy. Service was fine. If you’re buying a laptop or computer supplies, it’s worth taking a look to see what they have. And if you want a quick laptop check, take it there first!
