My mom and I visited almost every flower shop in Kingsport as I was planning my wedding. Rainbows End definitely displayed the most professional service to help plan for your big day. The florist had great suggestions, gave me books to get ideas, and helped me stay within a certain budget. Other floral shops did not have a good presentation for brides and it made Rainbows End stand out that much more. However, on my wedding day, I was a little disappointed when I came to the church to check on the flowers and other décor. I had specified all roses. I did not get all roses but a mix of flowers. Everyone assured me it was beautiful regardless. I was also disappointed that the arch at the back of the church was not as full of flowers as it looked in the picture that Rainbows End had showed me of one they had done before. The florist did come back to the church and fixed a few things that I absolutely had to change and that could be changed, but it was frustrating and no I was not a Bridezilla :) It did turn out ok and I loved my wedding, but just make sure you get a copy of what the florist is writing down so that if there is a discrepancy, you can go back to it for reference. I’m usually on top of that sort of thing, but for some reason, I did not have a copy of this flower order. Rainbows End does beautiful work and are very professional, just make sure you and the florist are both on the same page.
