Two Dads Cafe n Catering

It was an excellent place to eat. Nice diner atmosphere — decorated with Stars and Stripes. The sweet tea wasn’t syrupy like many restaurants. We ordered the gravy and biscuit plates, which were great. The hamburger plate was good, too — very crispy fries if you like that. The portions were filling and reasonably priced. Where I was confused was with the «Check-​In Special» that they offered on Unilocal.It said, «Free Burger» if you check-​in that you’re eating there. We did, but the conditions (READ: fine print) weren’t clear beforehand. We were supposed to buy a burger plate in order to get a burger for free. The waitress wasn’t given authority to make a decision about it, so we had to talk to the manager first, which took about 10 minutes (we already had our orders). They fixed it and were super friendly about it all. However, there was steam coming out of my ears! As a tip: please give your servers a little more discretion with making decisions that could affect your business. If we’re in the area again, we’ll come back.

Just had breakfast here awesome food. Sausage is not small patties but big and very tastey. Biscuits and Gravy were also quite good. Prices are very reasonable service is good. A step back in time. Will be back.

Good food and friendly staff. Limited menu and smaller portions but easy on the wallet. Check it out if you are in the market for a quick bite before you hit the road or just need a quick fill up.
