Great food, great service, good selections of alcoholic beverages. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. It’s a nice break from chain restaurants.

Good wine selection. Good is good but menu is limited. Local lamb is great when available. Kitchen can easily crash when crowded. Recommend a week night. Also a good selection of wiskey

Great place for a quick bite and a great wine selection! Oh and they have $ 20 bottle of wine and craft beer.

We ordered the charcuterie tray as an appetizer. It only had ONE piece of cheese It. Really? Thankfully thing did improve from there. The wine flight was nice and we also had Brazilian steak tips and my hubby had there other version. Both dishes were very good… we finished with jack daniels crème brûlée… soo good. We will go back. This place is worth it. I do think they need to train the wait staff better on the taste of the food on the menu. That is lacking… but everyone is very nice

I would give this a higher star rating if the service was a bit better. The wine list is good, I really like the flight options. The atmosphere is excellent it is simply the slow service and the uncoordinated staff that make this place less than relaxing. It honestly would have been faster to go to the bar and retrieve our own drinks on both occasions. We have been there twice, the second visit was better than the first. I hope they continue to make improvements on the training and service side of their business because I love everything else!

kind of bare bones décor, but the food was good, and they have an excellent whiskey selection in addition to a fair amount of wine. Service was friendly as well.

My wife and I went to hear a friend play in his trio and to have dinner at Uncorked. It was our first time to go there and we were looking forward to trying a new restaurant in town. I called earlier in the day and found that they took reservations, so I made them for dinner. When we got there, we waited about 10 mins at the front stand but no one ever came to seat us. We finally had to get someone. They did not keep a table for us in the area we requested. In fact, they only had one small table remaining in the very back. We were seated and given menus. That was it. No water, no waiter, no ordering, no food. After waiting 20 minutes, we got up and left. We walked down the street to another restaurant, were seated right away, the waiter came immediately, we got our food and ate. All timely, all good. We wish it had been a pleasant experience at Uncorked, but it wasn’t. We don’t plan on going back.

I’m very pleased with my recent trips to Uncorked! The menu has expanded recently and they have a lot to offer for lunch and dinner. I’ve had 2 different types of salads(one was the Mediterranean and the other Red pepper, bacon, mozzarella). They were both delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First visit. We had a crazy day and arrived late, and the kitchen had just closed, but the bartender crafted some fantastic bourbon cocktails and the owner brought us a plate of their hand made(!) cheese straws and a few other yummy treats. Smooth jazz and soul playing in the background, comfortable and classy décor, and a top notch wine collection… with a fantastic binder guide to peruse. After checking out the menu and a lovely chat with the owner, we will definitely be returning for more of his hand prepared menu offerings. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of spirits and food.

I love this concept for Kingsport! I hosted a friend’s birthday party a week after they first opened!(so we were prepared for slow service) Everyone seemed to enjoy the atmosphere and drinks. The food could use a bit of work, which I believe they have re-done their menu since we visited. I look forward to going back!

Our little group of 4 to 6 people comes here once or twice a week and we love it! It’s so nice to have such a great place that’s local with such great people. The food portions are normal(no bloated oversized dishes which is great) and the wine pours freely in a friendly atmosphere. Try it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this newer wine bar in downtown Kingsport. We had the wine flight along with bacon wrapped dates and the artisanal cheese plate. We were very pleased with the wine, the food was delicious and the service was great too. This will definitely be a regular stop when we are in the downtown area.

I know this is a new concept in KPT, and was excited to go for the first time yesterday. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. The wine was ok, but served improperly. Instead of letting me try a small amount first he just went ahead and poured everyone’s. Ordered filet medallions. It came out with a 4 incredibly small silver dollar sizes pieces of thin meat that didn’t have anywhere close to the tenderness you’d expect from a fillet cut. Then with that I had 4 very thin and fairly burned asparagus spears, so small that folded in half made one bite each. Then 3 bit size potatoes. That was it…$ 16!!! It wasn’t any more than an appetizer. The server basically threw down a napkin and silverware in front of each of us just before the food came out. Needless to say, I’ll think twice about going back, especially if I intent to eat! Disappointed! Need to really step it up on wine serve and the food portions. You’re not going to get a god reputation if you do this each time to customers.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Special Valentines dinner. Bacon wrapped dates are my new favorite appetizer. The lamb lollipops and filet were melt in your mouth delicious. We tried the wine of the night, 337 Cabernet and it was fantastic– smooth, buttery, delicious with the whole meal. This is a must visit in Kingsport!
