GIVES PLUMBERS A BAD NAME. Unbelievably bad experience with these rip-​off artists. Hired to fix a simple leak, gives verbal estimate based on hours of complicated work, possibly a 2 day job. Then, it turns out the problem wasn’t so bad after all, finished in ½ hour, then they leave to «get a part» for a half hour. Meanwhile, I look at the pipe, having done a lot of plumbing myself and it turns out they had the parts on site! After they return, they ask for the full fee for the less than 1 hour (including «travel») of work. We couldn’t believe it! Not only that, they were incredibly rude to my spouse and myself. Avoid at all costs!
