1 hour and 25 minutes later. We’re sitting here waiting for a SIM card while the clerk chats up a nice family and shows them photos of his daughter. He’s got a collage of photos of his daughter he’s now showing them.(This review is being written in real time) he’s moved on to videos now and is offering a discount to the nice.family. We’ve been here 1 hour and 31 minutes now. One staff member left at 9pm sharp despite the fact that there were 2 parties who had been waiting an hour at this point. The staff have been in the««back to refer to someone working there». Mystery employee has yet to poke their head out to help. We just need a SIM card. Go anywhere but here. Lovely staff member Jill is now helping us. It’s a 5 minute process.

They never answer their phone. It doesn’t matter if you call first thing in the morning or in the middle of the day. A bit strange for a phone company to not use their own phones.

Disclaimer: As of this writing, I am not an AT&T customer. I am a Verizon customer out of contract. But if the rest of AT&T could be as good as this store, I’d switch. This store has a great selection, with in/out-of contract details available with every device. There were enough staff to help everybody; they checked with customers but did not pressure them at all. There was a ton of open space to view everything conveniently. The trick is, of course, whether AT&T can deliver afterwards. This place is worth a visit for the information you need to do your homework before making a decision.
