Tatum is definitely an incredible hair dresser. We have lengthy head of hair and also have too frequently become everything stop. He heard a few things i desired and my haircut is the ideal I’ve had. The area is gorgeous and all of those who function you will find so enjoyable and courteous.

I’m really disappointed. My last haircut was a total fail. I gave it time, as sometimes a cut looks even better after a week or two, but it’s just a bad cut with a general lack of precision and finesse, which I had come to expect from my stylist. I am heartbroken to leave, but when I called to talk about my disappointment and see if a fix-​up hair cut could be added to my upcoming color appointment, I was told it would have to be with another stylist and at full price. I really loved coming here and had always rave reviews, but I am currently ashamed of my hair and hiding in a ponytail or headband every day. :(The other stylists were teasing my girl for having had a rough night the night before. Maybe that’s why my hair cut is bad. Her demeanor seemed off that day as well, and I tried to engage in cheerful conversation, but she was not in a good mood, and I feel like she took it out on my head. Furthermore, there seems to be some tension among the stylists which creates a less-​than-​peaceful environment for the customers, and the tension was especially high on my last visit 2 weeks ago. I am broken-​hearted to go, as I feel almost as if I am losing a dear friend, but my instinct says that for these prices, now that my trust has been violated, it’s best not to take any chances.

Definitely be prepared to pay! The salon itself was nice & clean & had a cool vibe. The staff was all very nice & friendly. Megan, the receptionist, was very sweet.
Overall, not worth the price, in my opinion. I’ve never paid so much for a cut & color in my life! And it was nothing special. So it was a nice salon with a nice staff, but overpriced. I will go elsewhere for the same result & save myself a bunch of money.

I love Aura! I’ve had various stylists over the years, but I currently see Tatum. Her blow outs are AWESOME (I refuse to wash my hair for a good five days after), and her attention to detail is spectacular. The salon is super clean and well managed — I’ve never had to wait. The staff is so friendly/​very chicly dressed, and the products they use (Unite and Neuma) smell great. Would 100% recommend!

I would probably have hair like Gollum if I didn’t visit Tatum on a regular basis. She has got ninja skills to keep my hair looking healthy, full and fabulous!

I started coming here when it first opened, and it’s still amazing. Laura, is such a sweetheart and has a good eye. I always trust her with my hair; whether it be coloring or a cut. Tatum is also wonderful; she gave me the cutest pixie cut. These women know what’s up.
The pricing is completely reasonable compare to NYC prices. They do a fantastic job in making you feel comfortable and confident. The best part is when they lay a heated towel over your head while your hair gets conditioned, AGHH! So relaxing. The small salon has a great feng shui, and has a bohemian feeling, I love it. Highly recommend!

I started coming to this salon about two years ago. I see Kristi, and she’s always done a great job with my hair. They don’t keep me waiting long either, which is a problem I’ve had with other places. I tend to grow out my hair for awhile between cuts, and once when I went a long time between cuts they called & left a message to make sure the service I received the last time I was there was ok. I was impressed that they’d take the time to do that.
