Hidden on Broadway in Midtown but worth looking for. Great thin crust pizza and the sauce is flavorful. They even have tater tots. Prices are reasonable, can’t wait to try their dinners.

Wow! This cute place is packed with flavor. Their pizza’s delicious! The crunch of their thin crust is to die for, something you would always wish in a pizza. Home made flavor. Don’t forget to try the garlic bread! There is an allotted parking on corner for their costumers which made it more convenient for us. They have excellent service. People are warm, made sure you have all you need. The ambiance is homie, it says a lot about their food and flavor. I would highly recommend this place for locals and bypassers like us. Try it!

Terrible customer service Ordered delivery and wanted to pay with a credit card, as we had no cash. Was told to pay driver when he arrived. When driver arrived he tried to run card through card reader on phone. It wasn’t working. He tried multiple times and was here for about 15 minutes. The poor kid didn’t know what to do. He called his boss who seemed upset it wasn’t working and told him to just keep restarting the phone and trying, which he did a number of times. I told him he could just take the card info and have it entered manually. He said they couldn’t because of the new system they were using. He called his boss again telling him that he didn’t wanna have to make me keep waiting and asked what else he could do. His boss told him to just keep trying. I got on the phone with his boss and said I the driver did everything he could and I didn’t want him to get in trouble and said again that I would just give him the card number me he could take it from there. He explained that he wouldn’t because it would cost them more with the new card processing. I told him he may just have to take the hit here to have good customer service. He ignored this hint and Instead he insisted on making the driver come back with another card reader. The driver repeatedly apologized and I told him it wasn’t his fault. He came back and said he felt bad and if it didn’t work he would just pay for the pizza. I told him that wan’t his responsibility and thanked him for the geature. This was terrible customer service on the side of management and was a waste of time for both myself as the customer and the driver as an employee, all because the manager was too cheap to lose a couple bucks on a processing fee. Listen to your customers and employees, or you will likely lose both. Thank you to the driver, who was far more professional than his manager.

When you are ready to get out of a pizza delivery rut– try Broadway Pizza! I don’t know why I didnt try them sooner! Average 45 minute delivery but they delivery guy was great! The pizzas(a regular and a specialty) are awesome– and the crust is the way its SUPPOSED to be. I just wish I asked for a menu– but all their info is easy to check out online. YUMMERS

I took my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters there based on a recommendation. Not a good place to take with small children since they do not have a restroom for there customers. We had to walk down to the corner so little ones could use the bathroom.

So I went there with someone on a weekday. My expectations were low but I was surprised by how nice and clean the dining area was. I then was happy with the prices and finally… The pizza… Was so yummy!!! That I had to tell my family. We have added the family special meal as our busy weeknight«go to pizza deal». The fried dough is also yummy! I think everyone should try this place, I lived in NYC and this place reminds me of NYC pizza. Please keep the prices and deals affordable so we can eat pizza all the time!

I’ll be honest– I’ve met the owner through mutual friends. I was in the mood for pizza and figured, why not give him my business. Soooo glad I did! The pizza was perfect– IMHO– thin, crispy crust– but not too thin– enough to a) know it’s pizza and b) fill me up! Had a calzone– which was STUPIDBIG, and so delicious! While we waited, had some garlic knots– those were so-so…could use more garlic– but again, perfectly crispy with great marinara sauce! I’m from Brooklyn– Bensonhurst to be specific– I’m a pizza snob! This was as good as it gets… except for Spumoni Gardens… lol! Inside– the place is beautiful– perhaps too nice for the location– but really well done! Counter girl & cook extremely friendly to us and people who called in on the phone. I don’t get to Kingston that often– but that’s the only place I’ll get pizza from now on!
